A new scholarship program is now available for eligible Bachelor of Education students studying full-time at the University of Tasmania from 2024.
In partnership with the University of Tasmania, the Department for Education, Children and Young People has committed to funding the scholarship valued at up to $31,000 per student.
The Teach Tasmania Scholarship will make it easier for students in challenging circumstances to enter the Bachelor of Education.
The scholarship will support relocation and accommodation costs as well as the cost-of-living pressures affecting students.
50 Teach Tasmania Scholarships will be made available, initially to eligible students who enrolled in the Bachelor of Education (and Master of Teaching) or who have applied to these courses for 2024.
