What is the Tasmania Academy of Leadership and Sport?
The Tasmania Academy of Leadership and Sport is a unique education initiative created in partnership with TasTAFE and Tasmania’s leading sports organisations, including the Tasmania JackJumpers, Cricket Tasmania, and Netball Tasmania. This program is designed to nurture homegrown talent in sports administration, coaching, game development, and more.

- Hands-On Experience: Gain up to 100 hours of structured work placement with top sports organisations in Tasmania. This practical experience will help you understand the inner workings of the sports industry and build a strong resume.
- Comprehensive Curriculum: The program covers all aspects of the sports industry, including sports administration, marketing, coaching, and events. You’ll attend face-to-face classes two days a week in Hobart, with regular guest speakers and workshops led by industry experts.
