We would like to invite grade 9 & 10 girls to participate in our Girls in Property Program, proudly partnered by the Tasmanian Government. With your involvement, we hope to inspire more young women to consider a career in the property and construction industry.

The program has been running since 2017 and we are delighted to be running the inaugural program here in Hobart on August the 22nd 2023. The program will bring together a multitude of distinguished property companies and provide years 9 and 10 students with an opportunity to take part in various workshops and real-life property projects under the guidance of industry leaders.

Students will gain insights into the industry, hear from women and men industry leaders about what a career in property looks like, the challenges and opportunities that a career in the industry might present and the raft of careers available; focusing on why the industry is so important to the social and economic development of Australia, and have the opportunity to attend a behind the scenes site tour of the new MyState Arena.

Objectives:

• Raise awareness of female participation in the Property industry
• Help high school-aged girls make informed choices about a career in property
• Foster a pipeline of talent into the Property industry
