Tech Careers in Aerospace and Advanced Manufacturing – Tech Talk #4
3 November 2021 @ 3:30 pm - 4:15 pm
Get inspired by Australian entrepreneur Will Shrapnel. He’s a qualified engineer, fixed wing and helicopter pilot, aircraft technician and businessman. He’s also the founder of ‘Helimods’, which has grown into a globally recognised, award-winning aerospace technology specialist. Will shares his insights on how he did it, and how you can break into the 4th Industrial Revolution.
Using digital software and simulation tools, Helimods transforms helicopters into specialist machines capable of complex missions such as emergency medical retrieval, search and rescue, firefighting and aerial policing. The company is based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, and they’re picking up contracts all over the world.
This 45-minute Tech Talk is a ‘must see’, lock-it-in event that will have you captivated and inspired from the word go. Join the online info session to learn more, and to pick Will’s brains with any questions you may have.
